Hello World!

Today is just as wonderful as every other. We are all so busy in our roles which vary daily, there is never a dull moment.

As we all post on the site at any given time, our tasks will seem broad and varied to you reading.

The weather in Canberra has been quite rainy in the last couple of days, ensuring we've all remained indoors performing our duties. The office has never been so small, as we all work a variety of hours to suit ourselves and most importantly our members. There is someone here at any given time and at times we work more than a day at a time when we get caught up in our projects.

I am so proud of the work I've been doing over the last week. My previous work with the small business I am currently working with, I designed their company statonery and templates for all business correspondence both internal and external. and their new and improved (organised LOL) filing system for the many and varied documents that flow in and out of the office I am now in the process of recruiting and hiring new staff for both the factory floor and the office, which is new and exciting. Working from the position descriptions I worked on with the Managing Director, I have learnt quite a few new words and skill sets I am amazed by. Who knew plumbers were so diverse? I stopped taking tradesmen for granted with my first home renovation but actually reading the specifics of vatious roles leaves me speechless! With the skill sets we girls have, it is quite impressive to work for small businesses and learn what is actually out there in the world. As with us, they too take their skill sets for granted.

We have just signed a new five (5) member professional family, who we'll be meeting with this weekend to discuss their various needs. This also seems quite exciting, I thoroughly enjoy working for busy professioals be they single, couples or families as the tasks are always many and varied.

I hope this has been of interest to some. Our work is so varied and educational on a daily basis, we all enjoy our daily activities either online, over the telephone or face to face. Our members are all so special, we endeavour to bring the utmost professionalism, confidentiality and quality service to them as needed.

Dear Members

See Our New Website http://sites.google.com/site/supergirlfriday or alternatively contact us at super.girlfriday@gmail.com or +61438 181 905. We are pleased with the results having cut out alot of information from our last site, making it simple, fast and easy to use.

We now use PayPal via email so that all work completed ensures your invoices come to you straight away without any confidentiality or security issues, just as before.

To date we completely changed the life of a small business yesterday, streamlining their administrative system, updating their advertising position in the press and organising new staff through the most effective recruitment site we have used. We will be culling, interviewing and selecting the appropriate person for their new position of Administrative Support/ Bookkeeper. Working with a group of computer challenged men was alot of fun and they were amazed that they can now use the systems we put in place with no trouble at all.

We signed up a completely charming professional couple with more to do than time in the day. We recruited a cleaner, ironer and put systems in place for an easier financial planning agenda including their short, medium and long term goals. The organisation of a food delvery service
was a first for us as they are vegans.

Today, we will be returning to the small business we assisted for follow up as well as interviewing more prospective members with our detailed questionaire. Unfortunately, at present we do not have a questionaire online, although it does work in your favour as their are no limits to the information you can provide depending on the services needed.

February has been quite a month and we wish to thank all our members for their continued support as we provide the highest quality services to all.

We have had an unusually busy month with new and existing members and today has been nothing short of frantic for all you Valentines out there.

This month has seen us locate gardeners, removalists, organise three (3) small businesses, the maintenance of everyones weekly calendars and of course organisation of all romantic gifts, cards, breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements for today and lots, lots more.

This morning after the party last night, we developed the photographs and perused them for the best of each to place on the party favour DVD. The party was a hit and our hostess was so bubbly today you'd never know she'd had no sleep!

Phew! We've just finalised the very last details to the biggest party we have ever organised for our special company "supergirlfriday"!

All our members are special and one of our favourites is having a black tie 40th birthday this weekend. It has been two (2) months in the making and we're delighted with the result.

The theme is Spring Time! We've sourced dozens of fairy lights, flowers including daisies, orchids and lillies (all white), as is the linen with the crockery and glassware being white tinted glass with accessories all in silver including the ribbons holding the white seat covers in place. We've even sourced disposable cameras in white and being an open bar we are looking forward to the outcome and gathering the hosts favourites for the party favours "DVD's".

I know, I know, we've been discussing springtime quite alot but it is such a wonderful time of year! It's like hibernation is over, and everything that you thought about over winter but were too cold to start, now is in the process of change.

We've had many cleaning, decluttering, garbage disposal, etc requests. Our strategies in place for such requests are crucial to us delivering the very best service possible. We have a plan for every request and if not, we strive for the most functional and convenient way through brainstorming. To stay up to date with our members and keep all our service delivery, fresh and efficient we are always coming up with new ways to stay ahead.

We've just finished the clean up of a party we assisted in organising over the past four (4) weeks. Our disposable camera idea has been one of our best to date. With each party all attendees have their own camera for the night to make the most of the highlights for them. We then have them developed, go over the best of the night with the host and make a DVD of the memories for all to share as our special party favour.

With "spring in the air" and in our steps, we've assisted a number of members to spring clean their life. Opening and launching ebay stores, providing relevant numbers for charity stores in the area, removalists & Australia Post costs for various items.

Dear Members & Friends

In recent weeks we have received a number of interesting requests. As the beginning of our Mission Statement suggests "Nothing Is IMPOSSIBLE" and we mean that in the most sincerest manner. We dare you to test us!

Our membership charge includes your daily agenda sent to you via email each Monday or in person if we are scheduled to see you.

For more detailed requests we charge $45.00 (forty five dollars) per hour to members and $70.00 (seventy dollars) per hour for non members wishing to trial our services.
As well as what we've already mentioned, we've had quite a hectic few months, which has kept our spirits and energy levels at an absolute high!

Coming into Spring, we've had a "spring" in our steps and our brainstorming has been dramatic. The level of trust required for us to come into your homes and itemise your household items with serial numbers, model numbers and descriptions has increased ten fold for members' home, cd/dvd & book inventories.

We've supervised the installation of a wardrobe and then repacked it according to season for one of our "super couples". We've supervised removalists after careful consideration from the three (3) we culled for the family to interview, according to type, cost and professionalism.

This ensured all items were correctly packed and labelled with insurance high on the list of desirables when we interviewed for the family.

Dear Members and Friends

We have recently done alot of Spring Cleaning for our members. Our cleaning has included:

registering ebay stores for excess articles of clothing and household products
downloading music CD's onto laptop's and iPods and storing CD's in handy filing folders
scanning and downloading photos from albums onto DVD's for digital preservation
resourcing cleaning and babysitting staff for a number of members
finding the best price and value for money for major household appliances which included plasma & LCD HD TVs, home theatres and Personal Video Recorders (PVRs) and reporting where the best possible products could be found for their requirements in bullet format.

Finding suitable candidates for cleaning and babysitting positions was quite interesting. We advertised in local newspapers and culled each to a pool of three (3) candidates. As each member had various and very particular requirements for the positions, we found the responses we received (which was overwhelming to say the least) to be advantageous in our ability to cull for the best of each.

Setting up two (2) ebay stores was fun. We dressed up and photographed each item of clothing and sat the various home applicances in front of a pink background (our company colour!). Registration for payment we made through PayPal, our payment register of choice, for security and confidentiality purposes.

We resourced TV's, PVR's and Home Theatres on foot, bargaining for the best price at five (5) major retailers. We then sent reports to our members with the names of the salesmen/women who gave us the best quote along with a detailed report of the various items they'd requested.
We apologise for not keeping our blog up to date in recent months. With so many new members and lots to do we have let it fall to the wayside. Please know we'll be blogging daily again as we have done so in the past.

We hosted an anniversary party this weekend. It is always nice to celebrate a couples love and our members are two very special people, who absolutely belong together.

Along with the party we also hosted a family BBQ get together. It is always special when families can all arrange their schedules to come together and enjoy each others company, recounting childhood memories, the days when their partners became a part of the family and all the other countless stories, both funny and memorable.

The weekend is here again! Last weekend seems like yesterday.

We held a Golf Day which was an absolute success. It is always nice when a member thanks us for the work we so readily enjoy providing.

Satuday we assisted a family in streamlining their work chores around the house, as well individualising their home inventory and budget templates for easy to use and practical solutions to home issues.

I apologise for not blogging for such a long time. We have a number of parties coming up and as such, quite alot of planning to stay on top of various priorities. We call the birthdays "New Year Babies"! One of the ladies worked out that around this time and for the following months birthdays are quite popular.

As much as I love a good party, it does get to the point where one more glass of champagne seems too much (God forgive me).

I'm thoroughly enjoying life at the moment and as personalised as our service is, after brainstorming for over a week, we've come up with a solution for out of town members. If nothing else they are valuable lists to have and can assist in ensuring we are in control of our lives, eg, for the babysitter, housesitter, etc.

Good Evening Friends (This is a copy of my blog on our website, we'll keep copying until used to new one completely, and there is also a link on our site to direct you to this one)!

We've had a wild weekend and the very first in three (3) months without a Party!

The amount of administrative work we've completed and processed, as well as the resourcing we've done for various products at the best prices, has well made up for it.

Our light sabers were the hit of one of our previous parties and as such we decided to stock up! The same for miniature thrones for our princess parties and blank discs & usb memory sticks for mp3s on luggage name tags, as invites.

After our usual shopping and packing of groceries for our wonderful customers, we pretty much had the weekend to ourselves.

Saturday morning was wonderful, and with much brainstorming within the family around coffee, milk and muffins, we downloaded the various templates relative to the families needs. With every member of the family having input into the final lists, including chores, groceries, budgets, etc makes the printouts and designated projects within each family much more functional than just pretty blackboards and/ or whiteboards hanging in the home.

Sooooo, pretty please, catch us if you can! We're on a roll and this week is turning into a marathon of activity. I'll never again take any event for granted. It takes hard work to ensure every detail, of every project, seem effortless & we love it!

Glass Is Half Full

This weekend was wonderful! Organising and planning the 21st birthday for twins was so much fun. I think I had more fun than the actual guests, well maybe not that much, although it went off without a hitch which was a complete wonder to me. I've had all the disposable cameras developed and now am in the process of developing a slideshow with all the different aspects from the guests pictures of the party and am placing onto a DVD, printing the cover of the information regarding the event for prosperity.

The Ski Weekend I organised on the otherhand had me up working most of the night, resourcing an after hours doctor as I'd organised their travel insurance, after a broken wrist which happened not through skiing or skydiving but a fall in the bar (not my words)! I love the feedback I receive and the way others handle various situations.

To always see the best life has to offer, life can only get better and no situation has to be anything but an experience and a fun, fulfilling and entertaining one.

Golf Day

Good Morning Friends

Today we are holding a business golf day for one of our many important business clients. I'll be driving the drinks cart! Not only is the day quite a popular event for businessmen, the social networking aspect of the day in a relaxed environment really brings people together in an atmosphere free of boardrooms, yet with the same results in mind.

I have held a number of golf days and paintballing events for bonding within companies. I've realised that from the age of eight (8) through to one hundred (100), boys will be boys, and the sense of friendship, excitement and competitiveness brings out such a wonderful human quality in people. It is so important to hold bonding sessions within companies to build and maintain a quality workplace, as it brings together people on a whole different level and is a great foundation for quality team work.

Tonight is the 21st birthday for twin brothers! Party favours include disposable cameras which I can only imagine all attendees are going to need to remember the night. The theme is "superheroes" and I cannot wait to see the wild and wonderful costumes, I am fascinated and amazed at the imagination we all have, yet take for granted and don't utilise as often as we could.

It is not an organised sit down party, seating includes hammocks in the guise of spiderwebs, trapeze seats, cushions on spinning wheels and capes hanging as single seats when taken from the hooks can also be worn. We've set out a fully lit solar system in the air, light sabers for all and a finger food buffet and full beverage bar with a giant cola slurpy fountain. Transport has been organised for each guest with no one leaving without their driver, a complete list at the exit will ensure all are accounted for.

Well, I'm wearing my "golfing get up" from the pro shop and will now say goodbye until later so that I can serve drinks and have a wonderful day, which I know will be full of laughter and high jinks.

Good Morning All

I hope you've all received your weekly agenda. Any arrangements that you haven't contacted us about, feel free at your earliest convenience to let us know what you need us to do, to put appropriate plans into action.

As always, this will be a wonderful week for all! You are our main concern is you. We're happy when you are.

We have two (2) business presentations today, one in the morning and the second in the early evening. All arrangements have been made, it is now just putting the minor details in place for smooth meetings.

All DVD's for the two (2) birthdays on the weekend have been completed and are now ready to be mailed out to all attendees.

Our New Website

Good Evening To You All

Well our website is running at medium to slow at the moment. Please use our email super.girlfriday@gmail.com as our new one isn't working yet.

We have a birthday party tomorrow and Sunday will be our first "princess party", an event we are trialling for young girls aged eight and up. It includes a party favour containing a tiara and wand in a pink purse and a beautician will be on hand for the entirety of the day.

Our invites for the boys party were printed with a background paintball theme on CD's we burned party music onto and the girl's received a small pink handbag shaped invite.

Our presentation was a success today. After spending a number of hours going over timing and small details regarding the catering, venue and liaising with numerous people, it went off with a bang. CONGRATS GUYS!!!

Our New Website

Good Morning All

We've been so busy building our New Website "www.supergirlfriday.net" and working that we haven't blogged for over a week.

Our new website offers greater security and our store where you sign up for membership is and always has been PayPal only as your personal privacy is very important to us.

Over the last week and a half we've organised an engagement party - which is ongoing! two (2) birthday parties and business meetings which are usually each day.

We use Microsoft Office for all projects although we can use Microsoft Works or any program available free online to assist you, such as OpenOffice.

I've got a PowerPoint presentation due @ 7am, so I'll update again this evening as today is going to be hectic.

We came through our weekend with flying colours.

With a childs birthday party, an engagement party and two (2) business meetings all of which we planned from idea through to completion, I think the childrens party was the most difficult. We had gone over the business PowerPoint presentations for timing and accuracy, as well as timely catering (yes! we can cook too).

Good Evening Friends

We've had an unbelievable weekend. As proud of our work as we are, our telephone lines and email have been inundated with requests! We had no idea, just how many of you needed our services. As such, let me tell you a little more about us. Our physical addresses are Canberra and Sydney, where we provide "hands on" services and the majority of our customer base comes from.

Hi everyone

We have taken a poll and received some wonderful feedback. For those of you who don't know us and/ or, are a little wary of using our services, we can totally understand since we have not been as thorough as we should have been.

Please Note: Confidentiality is extremely important and the No 1. priority for all our clients. This is why you may never see photographs of any events we have organised unless we receive permission from the relevant parties.

Once we have received your email expressing interest in us, you will be sent an application form to fill out, covering quite alot of different activities. Again, should you feel there should be more on the application we are always looking for feedback.

Well, I am off to a three year olds birthday party. Should be messy, loud and fun if we are doing our job correctly! The options for an event like this is just as much as any teen or adult function, it's wonderful.

What A Wild Week!

It has been another wonderful week. Through word of mouth our excitement is increasing and our emails and calls have increased more than we could have imagined being so small and just really starting.

We've been sending out your weekly diary events, shopping for food & gifts and locating more speciality stores for our regular customers. We also created registeries for two (2) couples having parties and one (1) family get together, for appropriate gifts at the relevant stores then sending out personal emails and cards to all concerned and filing rsvp's for weekly event email if not urgent.

Today was such a "romantic" day in the office.

Tonight was the night two of our favourite clients were about to become engaged. We had recreated their first date in the park, although as with most men, we added a few little touches. Fairy lights and hurricane lamps in the small trees, lillies, silk cushions and napkins, simple flute glasses for their cola and a cashmere rug & throws. Their basket was complete with McDonalds - their so so very sweet favourite food.

When Richard proposed, opening the cookie box for Joanne, we can only imagine her delight, the ring was exquisite.

They called us literally stumbling over their words with excitement and we couldn't have been happier for the two of them. Joanne laughed alot as she was so surprised thinking it was just another of Richard's dinner dates! although Yes, they do restaurants now, nature and the outdoors is where they are happiest.

Such A Perfect Couple.
